Hi all
I'm just getting back into riding and my fitness is crap! In the past I've found a training buddy really good for motovation. So I live in the Glenfield area and there is a great dirt track just off glenfield road for Push bike training rides and maybe do some gym training?? If there was a group of us it's really good to help motovate each other
