Where can I ride in Auck/North shore for practice

Hi all,

Is there any farms or "secret" areas I can take my dirt bike and practice without having to go to woodhill (which sucks when dry) or Ardmore, thundercross etc. I just can't get enough seat time without travelling miles away... Any ideas?
