I will make an enquiry myself in a few weeks about going through on my bike as the bike ban may only be while there are still a lot of residential, supply, rebuild and emergency traffic wanting to get through. I note on the application form though to get through at the moment they are saying nothing about motorcycles not being allowed only bicycles but they also ask what your reason is for going and they have not included "just to visit" which in a week when the bulk of emergency, supply and residential traffic has gone through they need to do in order to keep the businesses going.
