    NTB Racing, the Tron. Awesome

Wife and I are on a road trip. Been looking forward to it for weeks and weeks. Had an issue with my bike and rang the dealer where I bought the bike. They suggested I look for an Aprilia dealer wherever I was to check it out. Rang NTB in Hamilton after 5pm. James agreed to me bringing the bike in the next morning. Brought the bike in and he dropped what he was doing to look it over. An hour later I got an opinion on the issue, a solution to sort it and an offer for me to drop in on my way home again to follow up on things. I could continue my road trip with some peace of mind.
These guys didn't know me from a bar of soap, had only my vague mutterings to go on to make a diagnosis and took time out of their day to test ride the bike and spend some time checking it out. To cap it all James refused payment. (I hope he finds the token I managed to dump on his desk anyway lol)
An absolute gentleman and I cannot express how much I appreciate what he did.
    Thank you sir.
