Good ideas guys but watch out for the regulators, notably local councils and OSH.
If you are using an area that is accessible to/by the general public you will need permission from the owner/local council and also (if you gain their consent) clearly identify that the area is being used for motorcycle training (enter at your own risk, etc).
The people participating in the course need to be made aware that they are doing this of their own volition, that they need to take responsibility for their own health and welfare (and insurance). If they clip/injure/kill anybody associated with the course or their kit then you may have some issues to contend with.
This is similar territory to that traversed by people who want to organise bike or foot races on public roads. Be aware of what you may be getting into...
