    Listening to some of the above comments, I would like to make it really clear that this is targetted at NOVICE riders. It's an opportunity for the learner riders to get some ride knowledge without worrying about cars, buses, trucks e.t.c. running them off the road.
    It's also a chance for some of the experienced riders to give back to the biker community.

    So - if your looking for some basic tuition or are available to spend half a day showing some newbies how it's done then make it known on this thread and we'll get this thing going !!!
    You could do the same thing in Wellington with the Kaitoke Go Kart track (they race buckets and motards there also)

    I will ring up and see how much it costs

    Thats a great idea Wkid, let us know how you get on and we can see if any Wellington novices are keen.

    I'm always keen to talk bikes. I can't / won't ride fast anymore but survival techniques are definately in my artillary.

    Thats the spirit Big Dog. It's the survival tech's the newbies will need. it's deffintely not about a day of speed.
