He's lost the plot completely now !!
"...you meet the weirdest people riding a Guzzi !!..."
He had the plot ?
"Not one day that we are here on this earth has been promised to us, so make the most of every day as if it was your last, and every breath ,as if it were the same"
I seen that on the news last night.. Any excuse huh..
Funny isn't it. When you talk to God you're a good person but as soon as He talks back, you become a nutter. Perhaps that's why I'm an atheist.
Grow older but never grow up
Plot ? Plot ? There's a plot ? You know about a plot? Wad are y' , you must be one of them subversive freedom hating pinko commies - uh, sorry, wrong paranoia, I mean one of them subversive freedom hating towelhead terrorists.Originally Posted by Storm

Bush: God told me to invade Iraq
08.10.05
By Rupert Cornwell
...The BBC reported that the White House had dismissed the allegations as "absurd". "He's never made such comments," said White House spokesman Scott McClellan.
He told Bob Woodward - whose 2004 book Plan of Attack is the definitive account of the road to war in Iraq - that after giving the order to invade, he walked in the White House garden, praying "that our troops be safe, be protected by the Almighty". He told Woodward, "I was praying for strength to do the Lord's will. I'm surely not going to justify war based upon God. Understand that. Nevertheless, in my case, I pray that I will be as good a messenger of His will as possible. And then of course, I pray for forgiveness."
So because it was "word" from god .. it must make it ok? surely..
alright... I'm gonna go drown my kid in the bathtub now.. don't worry.. its okay.. god told me to do it..![]()

hey 6pack - you'd make a GREAT police reporter!
A qoute from the news paper article
"in the programme, Elusive Peace: Israel and the arabs, former Palestinian foreign Minister Nabil Shaath says mr Bush told him and Mahmoud Abbas, former Prime Minister and now Palestinian President, that'I'm driven with a mission from God. god would tell me, 'George, go and fight those terrorists in Afghanistan' And i did, and then god would tell me, George, go and end the tyranny in Iraq', and i did
The article goes on to say the White dismisses such claim's. However after invading Iraq under the presumption of 'weapons of mass destruction', it would be fair to say the White house lacks credibility, Bush is probably just as likely to be lying and the statement from Mr Nabil Shaath is in fact true.
I read some of the article in the Dominion today, total shite reporting.
Zed, thanks for clearing that up!
Ixion, I have strong reason to believe you've read Stupid White Men. (POTUS)
And if he ever did say that, it was just to appeal to the religious fundy rights, and people that watch FOX NEWS.
Fun Fact, did you know George Washington still has total control over the US armed forces?
