I used to use www.buyusa.co.nz, however YOUSHOP made it too tough for them, so they are no longer in business.
I never had any trouble so far brought in a gearbox cluster.
with main saft lay and all the gears complete . second hand in
    a carboard tube .

I always describe what each part is my end .

Maybe Ignorance is bless but i have looked at all the docs from fed ex nz post.
No detail on automotive parts on the obvious . petrol . they chould be alot better.

Please tell me more about firearm parts ......
I thought customs doesn't allow them without import permit?
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

cant see what the issue was . unless they send items in a non passenger luggage baggage part of the plane was sent dhl second time .

well i just change my biz to Stacky insteed of youshop as there customer service was very poor . email only . and offerred nothing.

Even though spent over 1000 with them .

trouble is nz post staff are fantasic esp the Couier drivers so i problerly use both .

The stacky is more expensive but you can get them to merge serval packages into the one. so if sending one i use you shop.

Re the excuses given for not freighting.

Everything is flammable, the Auckland Harbour Bridge will burn if heated to a high enough temperature. Flammable in transport terms usually means something with a flash point over 60 or 90 deg C.

Greases usually contain a Group II mineral oil component, and the grease will have a flash point of around 280- deg C. That means the grease will ignite if held in an enclosed space at 280 deg C, then exposed to a naked flame. If the airline is expecting those conditions then I'd suggest a different carrier whose plane isn't going to burn up because its made of aluminium.
There are two songs, "Stairway to Heaven" and "Highway to Hell" which I think give an indication of expected traffic flow
