Thumbs down you shop Contains prohibited item

Hi has anyone had this issue seems brizzare i sent many many

Items from usa nz post youshop. and the silly yanks

are saying my brand new xr 200 r crankshaft bearings.

cant be sent via youshop as they are dangerous .but they can either through them away doing me this amazing favour. and wasting my money , or send it back to the web site i brought them from. i admit i was surprised they seemed to be packed with grease in the picture , and that is petroium product.

i brought from nmdbearings.com . assume they have to send beraings all round the world what gives.
    http://nmdbearings.com/products-page...rank-bearings/

I going through a process know with nz post . might have to look at another resender becuase this is just daft.

I just need these parts to get my engine toghter and going.

This came up on a BMW airhead site, over zealous Homeland Security opened packets from the UK containing.....ball bearings.

You would think common sense would prevail but currently not a US strong point.
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

Yep your right there theres grease in the door hinges on the bloody plane and on the food trolleys they wheel around.

Lets make the us great again by stoping a usa company selling
ball bearings ;-) mr orange faced man.

And there safe to send back the truck wont burst in to flames.

I have to ask - why the hell are you buying simple crank bearings via the internet ? Are you bedridden ?

There's got to be at least three bearing supply joints in palmy - and the costs of buying locally are insignificant in this case surely ?

and as the honda xr 200 r cranks i think has the wrong bearing

On the right side as it just slids of not much point really .

that and last time i went for a bearing for ns 250 con rod they said it was a werid honda size and chouldint help me. they where really helpfull and exellent customer service .

And more to the point, why would crankshaft bearings be packed with grease?

Because they're an over the counter standard size bearing made and sold in the thousands and pre packed....

I'd suspect genuine OE Honda would come nearly dry.

It'll be the right bearing - but probably a worn crank. It happens with those....
And yes, some Honda stuff is odd and Honda specific. The trick is in knowing which is which. And what can be adapted.
    I'd suggest a pushbike....

    Did you try Econohonda locally?

It would make one wonder whether they're C3 or C4 spec or not.
