Where is the thread re "All You need To Know Re Getting A Bike Back On The Road" go?

Been missing in action for some time. Came on to check the above mentioned thread (not 100% sure re name of thread, but remember it was close to this) about what to do to get a bike back in the system and on the road. Just going through that and wanted to make sure I did not start jumping through hoops I did not have to. I did a search but can not find the thread (it was a sticky...).

Used to be in the "General Bike Ravings" as a sticky at the top but not anymore.

    Any idea?

May the bridges I burn light the way.
