    This is an excellent interview with Matt Levatich who is the CEO of Harley Davidson.

    Ignore the brand-specific aspects of it if it suits your biases the part that resonated with me was the "build riders, not bikes" part and the parts about how we all learned to ride thirty years ago and we think we remember but dont.

    Really good, and an interesting and thoughtful man.

    30 years ago I was riding the mean streets of Sydney followed by London and Europe.... that sure sharpened the skills up.
    DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.
