2007 hyosung v2s 250r won't start

I was having problems keeping my bike running after i shifted into first gear, so i was told to clean the spark plugs. After removing the fuel tank, cleaning the spark plugs and puting it all back together my bike only started and ran for about 30 seconds then died and i can't get it to start now.

Any ideas?

Ha yeah as above any way check the vacuum lines to the fuel tap under the tank and also the tap It’s self they shit themselves and don’t open far enough or at all sometimes.
