    soon, i will have a real bike.......woohoo!

i'm getting a new bike. woooohooo, sweet muda fuga, i am on my way to my dream duke 999r. i'm getting a 1990honda bros650, it has only 29k, and it looks cool. has a few minor blemishes, small dent in tank, smashed indicator. and most of all its a V-FRIKEN-TWIN. and i will have to ride it over THE HILL to get it home....i might get a mate on his gn to stay infront of me untill i am used to it, then i will eat his soul with my beautiful v-twin rumble....the thing is i dont trust myself over the hill, last time i was sitting on my pegs most of the time......i suppose i'll granny ride it yeah fucken right.

it is only $2000 so i am selling the gn to get the 2k. if anyones interested...
http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/tr...9&sellbuy=sell. I can deliver to dannevirke, p-nth, and any where towards welly fron p-nth.if i cant deliver then, organise shipping from p-nth.

any way this is about new not old, congratulate me and talk about random experiences, etc

Nice bike mate. Sure its not stolen?
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

apparently it was made in chain drive some time but i think this one is a shaft drive. is that a bad thing?? my old man used to have an xs1100 and it had so much torque that when powering out of a long bend the swingarm would get twited and the bike would throw a wobbly, but i dont think the bros650 would have that problem....not enough power and better technology. oh the bros is supposed to handle quite good too, will be a change from the gn i spose....

No, if it's a Bros then it's chain drive. The shaft drive version was the Revere.

Very cool bike, my flatmate has the 400cc version of it. Looks quite nice and I'm sure the 650 has a bit more grunt to go with it. This isn't the one that was ANZA is it?
Life is difficult because it is non-linear.

They have the reputation for lasting forever, like 400k kilometres. Makes the Ducati 620 look sick.
