Hey guys, so I dont have to stop YOU (plenty of Tin Tops need my attention)
LANE SPLITTING--THE NOD TRANSPORT ACT--LANE SPLITTING--CLASS 101
You may Overtake any other moving vehicle on its right within the same lane so long as done with due care and consideration. (not careless/dangerously)
You may NOT undertake any other vehicle UNLESS it is......
1 STATIONARY, (ie stopped at a red traffic light) or
2 INDICATING A MOVE TO THE RIGHT, (changing lane right/rightturn)
Any KBers that have any other questions just look out for the nitrous/supercharged HONDA on a motorway near you!! ha ha
