I think it's more that they're concerned that it will flatten their battery

I've been trying to figure out why so many people drive at night with either no headlights on at all, or just the parking lights. Slingshot has made the first semi plausible suggestion as to why these fucking morons do it.

Perhaps they are simply just THAT stupid. In which case they don't deserve a licence and should be put in a brightly coloured room with lots of crayons and paint and playdhoh to play with.
