You'd be surprised what some of us know. Admire your passion on the subject, misguided as it is. If this accident was at or near posted limit, damage to vehicles would've been much less.
As I said already, attitude decides outcome, some of us get away with it and some don't. Part of the growing up process.
Car driver would be expecting approaching vehicle to be at or near posted limit, which in this instance clearly wasn't the case.
Misbehave on a bike, you could end up hurt or dead. End of story.
The bike was last registered six years ago.
Six years ago he probably wasn't the owner.
Another motorcyclist has proved ACC could have been right all along, and I'm sick of that happening too.
Fools make rash accusations without checking known facts.
Limited knowledge is not his issue ... limited patience for idiots is.

Moderators can't save you here ...
Tragic is when the accident is not of his making ... when all the factors involved in the accident are not his mistakes ... In this accident they were.
I've had mates die in similar circumstances ... and they were doing stupid shit too. Some get away with it ... and some don't. He didn't.
For some strange reason ... some see motorcycling as cheating death (and then fail at that). And I hear motorcycle sales are up. Go figure ...
Bitter and cynical ... because idiots do stupid shit, and expect everybody else to feel sorry for them when they fuck it up.
You can be stupid and die old. But that's not the way to bet. How far (and long) will you push your luck .. ???
