Unless they are LED indicators... The multi-coloured wires are probably +ve, so try connecting them first and swap if they don't work.
LED indicators will probably flash too fast unless the factory indicators are the same, and you will need to either add load resistors or change the flasher relay to a LED type.

With my limited knowledge of electrickery ... power (+) is Black. White is neutral. Black and white wires will either be a earth or a continuation loop of the (+) wire (I'm guessing the former).
Some indicator systems are in a loop. (ie) one bulb goes and none work. Most though have one power wire from the flasher unit and an earth. Less wiring needed for this system.
Green is Earth. Blue is power. White is neutral.
Give it a try ... what could possibly go (bang ??) wrong ...

In my experience, a solid black wire is usually an earth on motorbikes. This is easily tested for tho and if the indicator being fitted has any earthing potential from it's body, then make sure you wire it up properly the first time. Buy a cheap multimeter from SCA and away you go...

The best thing about indicators ... the current does not a require single fixed directional flow though the wires. It can travel in and out of either one in either direction. It requires just a power source (using either wire) and an earth (or installed in a circuit) to make it work.
Get a battery and put one wire on positive and another wire on Negative. No fuses to blow. It will or wont work. And unless it's a 24 volt battery ... the bulb won't blow either.
