Get a black one?
What's the question?
Had a Rider brand seat made for my Blackbird to do the Southern Cross 4000 km in 5 day endurance ride. In a word, outstanding. Could ride all day without butt trouble . Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I think mine cost about $550 for a complete rebuild in 2005. I actually talked to business owner Ian McDonald about what I was looking for, my size and weight and he used various density foams. He got it spot on. https://www.trimit.co.nz/motorcycle-seats-tauranga .
Just as an aside, when I did the Grand Challenge 1600 km in under 24 hours ride in 2010 on my Street Triple, I used an Airhawk pneumatic pad. That was really good too and a lot cheaper. Just didn't look particularly attractive.
I had a Rider seat made for the VFR. Excellent guys to deal with.

Cheers for the advice
