haha, I got alot of bike guys saying things like that. Personally I think it was fantastic, I mean what other bike has been designed by a leading european designer (phillipe starck) ? as opposed to a CAD designer.. I even bought it off an italian fashion photographer.
and I've yet to meet a hot girl who doesn't say my bike is (was) the coolest they'd seen. an I'd perfer to impress the girls over the guys..:

It's cause trademe is an auction site, not an ad site, and the space you take up on their server is paid for by them taking a comission off the goods sold. And since a stolen ad isn't going to pay for the server space, it's outta there.
And bummer about the bike, gots to have that insurance.

with vehicles on trademe though you pay a set fee in advance, which I did.
I didn't have insurance becasue at the time I bought the bike I spent every last cent on it, I was planning on getting insurance once I got some more money but kept putting it off.. yeah I know..
