I go past the Sydenham police building most days, there is never an empty car park of police vehicles there. Of course that doesn't mean they're not tied up with other duties but it was the first thing that came to mind when I saw that article yesterday. Maybe we have a surplus of police cars compared to officers who can drive them to attend call outs.

    It's a fucking disgrace!
Sorry, but this is our senior police members encouraging us all to think there is not enough of them to go round and there isn't, but when handed a dirty mother fucking prick like this one, they've let us all down, I'm embarrassed for the boys and girls on the street.
So, now then class, whats the prognosis for a young/old entrepreneur thief going out for a stroll and simply walking out of a business with product thats not paid for.
Oh yeah, same as if your a big Mongrel Mobster walking out of a supermarket pushing 2 full trolleys of goods with absolutely no intention of paying and daring staff and any attending police to take them on, chances are pretty good you'll get away with it, thanks Coster, you and yours have cost this countries Police all the mana and professionalism they used to have and reduced them being babysitters of mindless junkies and murderous non caring thugs.
Every day above ground is a good day!:

Police and vehicles are a bit odd. A new Holden Police car was delivered to the New Pymouth dealer in error. It should have been delivered to Palmerston North. The dealer advised Palmerston police that they had the car but it sat there for months. It might still be there for all I know. They obviously didn't need it.

Should have left the perp chained to powerpole.

Then the public could show what they think of said behaviour.

Bet the Constabulary would turn up fast enough then.

So the lesson is when they ask if he had a weapon, the answer is :

It looks like a knife in his pocket and I'm afraid if I let go of him.

. . . And we're pretty sure he broke the speed limit on the way here.

This is what you get after voting for Jacinda…
The domestic “violence” calls was probably theirs own family fighting over proceeds of last ripoff.
And that’s another thing, after three “domestic violence” calls to same address police should blacklist the house and stop responding and wasting resources if two nutters want to keep living together.

He should have told a white lie about weapon “ oh yeah I think he’s got something he keeps trying to reach inside his jacket or pocket, he might have a knife” BINGO priority one response.
Our police do a great job but their resourcing is neutered by govt policy and jobsworths working in Comms centres detached from reality.

If you want decent crime policy vote ACT

Every political party campaigns on "getting tough on crime" but then once in power seem to have problems implementing it - recall Collins promisng to crush the boy racer cars? How well did that work out?

Voting ACT is a wasted vote. I mean do you really think they hold any political power to change anything? Good luck with that muppet.
