Hoping you get better weather this year
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.

it wasn't perfect but it wasn't too bad, the last real wet one was mid 1990's. Of course it's the roll of the dice

I have my ticket and have arranged to have Fri, Sat & Sunday off. Tomorrow (Thursday) will by my 8th day of work in a row (I normally have Tuesday & Wednesday off) but I get to go for a decent ride, so I'm happy.
I've just renewed my rego after getting 2 new tyres and a WoF, that's ~$1270 spend recently on the bike, so I'm keen on getting some of that money's worth.

I can't believe how well the weather was co-operating! Fine & sunny on Friday and on Saturday and on Sunday too. Good for the ride down, for the entire rally duration and for the ride home too.
So much better to be spending time riding and rallying than to be working.

The temperatures have been up the last few days but we surely have more crap weather to come. This year though may be an exception.
When I buy a new bike it normally rains for a week. Guys are coming Monday to install a heat pump. History suggests we're in for an unseasonable warm spell?

Heat pumps are also air conditioners = bring on the hot weather!

Yeah, I think it might get a tad warm this coming summer. El Nana and all that.
