    Because you have not been a member for 120 days

    To be able to change it you have to be a senior member. 200 posts and 120 days (think it's 120 - maybe 135 )

    125 days from recollection see Sarge's link. I think I posted the same question way back when (about 3 weeks I think) Then I got into an argument with Dover and it was "all over rover"
