    done this several times to XS650s, straight rotation of 1 side of crank gives 277 or use of a specially cut pin gives 270, needs cam and ign to suit (obtainable), sounds a bit like a ducati - reduces vibration and gives a smoother pick-up - kinda like shaving ya eyebrows off, makes people look but they cant quite figure out whats wrong

    YouTuber seems to miss that yamaha introduced 270 degree twins (TDM and TRX) back in the 90s
    it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
    those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.
