The british press always go on about how many die, but never tell you it was mainly the type of the rider you mentioned, that has always been one of my pet hates!

Having been there a few times meself ..the last time I was sitting next to an ambo worker ,,she was pragmatic about the whole thing and said it was mostly the tourists , not the racers ,,,like the swiss ,,who hit a milk float ...
Also they leave out people returning from the TT like the couple who bags coaght in the rear wheel...
And you NEVER hear of all the injurys ,,from the truely plastered ,,,
I can see the whole thing changing though as more and more wealthy people move to the IOM ....they did it with the English village ,,,,
