I went through the video where i got the screenshots of the pics of the yoke-mounted brake and clutch reservoirs.
This is what is described as a completely original, never ridden 1991 F91 Corse ex-dealer/importer display bike
If this is true, then it turns out they came with a reservoir sock sweatband armband as std.
Although this version is the slimmed-down svelte edition rather than the Baywatch one, and looks more like a hair scrunchy/hair tie to me.

EDit wellf-ed up there the yamaha part is 10mmx8mm i needed 2x6mm or 6mmx8mm
I have also figured out how to do the floating caliper that is captive for aster wheel changes i will draw it up later but its pretty simple.
This will be for Mark II as beklow on Roches 89 bike
Im currently on Mark I ie get it running as below, nearly right but going is good enough for now

The spare wheels arrived a while back, one even has an ancient wet on it.
i have never repainted wheels than where in such good nck while i would like to powdercoat but $$$$$do not curently stretch tothat onwhatisa budget pre 89 racebike.
So I assume just mat them down with scotchbright or wet and dry then tackcloth clean with Acetone and primer, then paint white and a decent gloss over.
One of the greatest things about Ducatis of this period is the wheels were very similar on a lot of different models SS Monster ST2/4/s and even the front on 748/916/996 etc.
Hence its easy to get extra sets.
This is a better pic how the tank mounts on the ''Pantah'' rubbers Well, it would be if KB attaching the photo wasn't a bit more broken than normal.

The debate continues over heat of baking powder on wheels
Yes do prep as you mention and call it a night.
Next day pretend that you didn't then scotch bride (won't fix that auto correct) and cleaner like acetone.
Then cleaner a 3rd time. Prepsol is good.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
I remember Grumph lamenting a lack of decent source of these

I wouldn't trust a fairing over rough road with a few bits of plastic in shear.
A mate was following another mate who was known for being a bit lax with the spanners and his full fairing fell off under him. Luck to stay on and Pete behind to avoid the carnage.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
track only beast this one, Greymouth has been half resurfaced the cbr6rr has survived Ruapuna, levels and Teretonga
It still has some bolts, just the join stop and bottom faring have the clips.
The boy highsided it flipped upside down, wore a hole in the top of the tank cover and seat cowl and screen and banged up both sides, amazingly the clips were intact. They are only used on fairings to fairings.
TBH I was surprised how well they worked, we have lost Dzus. I was going to use speed clips, As we were having issues, like Greg getting the short Dzus.
I hear what you are saying though, maybe we have been lucky.
