And that is the art of political writing. Police have access to ALL (like in any criminal case) that data and used it in court on a work colleague. A months worth of alleged offending was about a two inch high stack of paper with over 300 speed infringements. He got off though as they didn’t do their homework and couldn’t say where the data was stored.
For the average joe it’s prob only going to matter if your in a serious accident but in time as the various technology platforms integrate more smoothly for sure enforcement will become part of it.
