    Where were all you buggers?

Did ambulance today (and Speedmedic did it yesterday) for the classic motorcycle racing at Pukekohe. Didn't see any KBers there.... and you missed out on some great racing. You've got to be impressed with some of the old fellas out there doing it - they could give a lot of youngsters a serious arse kicking.

If you think classic motorcycle racing is boring - head down and watch it sometime. You can't help but be impressed with the bikes, and there's plenty of racers out there happy to have a yarn with you.

If we want motorcycle racing to be taken seriously over here, we should be out there supporting all forms of racing.

Yup. Went down for a look in my extremely hung over state and was actually quite impressed. The rate at which some of those silly old buggers get around the track is quite amazing. Balls of steel some of 'em.

Was a bit concerned at the RC30 Superbike racing in Post Classics though, not quite sure how the hell that got in there.

I agee entirely Sue. Those old bikes may not have the performance but they represent how we got to where we are today and some of the engineering of the time is dam empressive.

And if you take time to get into the racing theres some really good competition happening. I would rate the Classic Festival as the best motorcycling event I've attended this year.

Oh yeah I had them stopping heaps of cars today.... and I managed to signal heaps of bikers to slow down , so they wouldnt get busted.

So I hope you all had fun riding the past two days as I had the cops with me.

I had the day at the track on friday; my first track day and i was grinnin from ear to ear.

4 of us went on bikes, there was one guy on a 125 and 2 kwakas turned up for half a lap then left.

awesome fun and im glad it was only the four of us on the track as thats where my fears came about before the day.. worrying about everyone one else doing light speed past me. Glad to say the only warp factor 9 was enigma51

Big thanks to Enigma51 for organising it and taking care of the 3 noobs
