I'm sure there is a KBer nearby who could help out if needed.

So I pulled this out of it. Now my tyre is going down... every so slowly but its going down.

I put a bit of syliva on the hole and it takes a few seconds but a little buble forms and then pops. :spudguita

Who wants to help me push it tomorrow??

Any ideas for a cheap/good place to get it done? I want a propper job done as I value my saftey.

    Best place?

Anywhere that doesn't start with "Well" and end in "ington Motorcycles" would be a safe bet.

I had the same thing at Motorad last week - they said I had to wait a couple of weeks pretty much. But then they said that if I brought only the wheel in they could do it that day so you could try that. Seems a bit odd to me seeing as it only takes 5 mins to take a wheel off and they said it was because they were busy but oh well.
I went to Motomart in the end though - they could do it on the same day and were cheaper than the price that you were quoted. That was with the wheel off though.

I suggest TSS Motorcycles in Alicetown. They're great bunch.

Hey White trash dont you like them, why?

Sounds like there are a few people around town, I might give them all a call an see who can do it saturday.

I just went out and checked and my tyre is still up so looks like I will be able to ride it there!

Have you talked to TSS? They're in lower hutt but will pick up the bike for you. No idea how you are then supposed to get it back, but hey. Give them a call - 569 3989

He used to work for them, so he's either taking the piss or giving you the inside word.

TSS are great. I broke a side mirror and they gave me a new one for free. Good on ya Fergus.
(I did buy my bike from there though).
