    How could you say NO

Well did Half a day today then went home got the Beast & headed off down to Hawera to see Robert Taylor { Mr Ohlins } about some different Valving for my rear shock , While we were chatting he pull's out this Ohlins steering damper for my bike & tell's me it's only $465 inc GST , we carryed on talking for awhile as Robert has spent alot of time over the years workng on my bikes & as I talked to him I keep looking at this Poor Steering damper laying on the bench looking back at me , Bloody sad I tell ya , come time to leave I went to walk out past the Damper when all of a sudden it jumped up of the Counter & into my Bag , I shit you not LOL , so off home we went together happy as & when we got home I put that poor old thing onto the bike so it felt like someone loved it . , Have to say Excellent would not come close to the difference it has made to the bike , & Miss Damper is very happy too

Sounds like you got talked into it , good price . How would you describe the difference , more stable ? Smoother steering response ?
I have a standard none adjustable one on the bike and was wondering if it worth replacing.

Ok here is the low down on the Damper . Those that have them on their bikes like the one that was on my GSXR standard are nothing but SHIT !! The Ohlin's have 16 different damping hardness's to choose from which is done by just turning the knob on the end Very easy , can do it while sitting at the light's if need be . How much difference has it made Humm . Perfect feeling from the front as it's not shaking as the Ohlins has no free play in them like the standard unit's which lets the Forks do their job which is going up & down with out the wobble . I cann't really put it in to word's really just how Bigger difference this unit has made . Worth every penny .
