i have an issue with the 1300 dollars of fines. two 400 for the same breach of conditions. if i was the so called "muppet" id drag bikercop homo into cvourt an see him dicked by the judge.

an byker would most likely not be let off revenue gathering an id be off free.

there are shit drivers out there, got to deal with it, not be a cop an do the power trip issuing as much fines as possible. if it was really bad, should of done him for careless, but he would get off that becasue byker wouldnt turn up in court becaseu hes out revenue gathering, so hed get off it. so bykercop sticks with the instant fines.

then says " i fined him $400 for a breach of his restriced licence condition on for having a passenger without his full"" an then has the cheek to say hed give out another 400 for each person. any judge would haul his ass through the coals an then spit chilli peppers an salt at it.

when i do get caught for exceeding 70k on my learners an riding a slightly to big bike, if the cop tries giving me two 400 dollar fines ill take him to court. an like i said, he will be to busy out revenue gathering an ill get off, or the judge will haul his ass.
