Anyone got any sure-fire way of getting all those little brass bits clean? My RD's jets have got a tarnish on 'em, and no matter what I've tried I cant get it off. I tried soaking them in vinegar, weak deoxidine, bleach, nothing works.
Help!

Why do you need them bright & shiny? As long as the hole is clear & not restricted by buildup. Maybe automotive paint thinners??
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
BRASSO ..
Well, I figured that if they weren't absoulutely clean then they won't meter properly. The tarnish is actually an oxide layer and brasso will only deal with whats on the outside, not the inside of the jets.
