Was riding to work today, along old north road when I saw a bike praked on the side of the road. About 500m after this I saw the rider walking towards the main road. I stopped and turned around to make sure he was ok. Turns out he was having problems with the gearbox. I'm no good at all when it comes to gear boxes so I offered him a ride to wherever he wanted to go. Dropped him off at westgate and carried on my way.

Fast foward 5 hours when I finished work.
Was walking back to my bike, lit a smoke and sat down on my 'smoking curb', looked left and saw a $20 note wedged inbetween an empty drink bottle and a wall.

Hows that for lucky! I think the biker gods chose to reward me for my good deed. Certainly made me smile

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

That $20 could have been the tip of the iceberg...

now there's some mule that can't pay the goons, and they're gonna kill her and dump her body in the harbour... and all because you took that $20.

    Shame on you!

Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.
