He probably either was using threaded pipe and got some powder stuck between the threads as he was screwing it down or he was using soft pipe and crushed it while folding the ends. Classic noob thing to do.

The Anarchist Cookbook was always a fraud. Useless. Very disappointed I was. And for decent bombs, if you must use firecracker gunpowder (there are much better materials), you need to recorn it to a larger grain size. Wet it down, rub it through a coarse seive and dry it. (Bit more complicated than that but that the idea). and , as said by Mr Timber020, don't scrunch it anyhow.

yea its fucken hilarious, fucken little shits hope their dicks fall off, some little fucks threw some homemade fucken shit at my bike while I was traveling at a fair speed, fuck they were lucky I couldnt stop in time, because that would have been another fucken ambo call out by absent minded little shits that think they are the fucken next black fucken rapper fuck.
