Ummmmm, Dave me old china, in a few years when the novelty of owning such a strange bike, can I hava go? Please? Promise I'll be really nice to it.
I would bother AMPs but I've no intention of buying one and don't wanna waste their valuable time.

I'm too scared to ask. I think Jimmy banned me from test rides after me and Hitcher stole a Street Rod and a V-Rod.Originally Posted by Big Dave
I'm also not the quickest rider in Sport Bike land and about a month ago I got dialled in quite well and absolutely annihilated a couple of blokes on XB12Rs. Made me wonder if I would be happy with the trade off in versatility vs outright performance, but then I kinda want to keep my license and be more comfortable on a bike.
I'm so confused.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

It only has a factory 100hp. but the speed you can comfortably carry into the corners is quite remarkable. An R6 never made me grin like this thing does - nothing has since the Thunderbird. fuck hyperspeed.
It's also about the places it will take you

Actually it does look a bit like a tractor, but in a brutish/purposeful sort of way. I can't make up my mind wether it's ugly or not, but I prefer it to a Multistrada.
Have you tried the dreaded commute on it yet?

I prefer the Kinetic GF170 to a Multistrada. Sat on an XB12X at lunchtime. I'm too short when the bike's at rest, but that should go away when riding the thing.![]()
Also sat on a Yamaha XT660X at lunchtime. Veeeery nice. Can see myself backing it into the hairpins on Dowse Dr. Seat's a plank though. Sat on it for two minutes and they offered me Barry's piles cushion. Naturally I turned it down.

Now that is a thought worthy of consideration. I wonder how much I can get for the kids?Originally Posted by Big Dave
