    Stunters at V8s today

Well I've been working at Pukekohe station these last few weeks, and today (between jobs) we thought it might be best to station ourselves at the track so as to have our fingers on the pulse, so to speak, in the event that all the other ambos there couldn't cope.

So we managed to get there for the lunch break entertainment and were instantly inundated by the whores (sorry hordes) and masses requiring our immediate attention. Seems no buggers were selling ice creams at the track and they wanted to know where I'd got mine.

Once I'd extricated myself I wandered down to the stands to watch the entertainment. Was just in time for the drifters and what jolly good fun that was. The crowd was going wild. Some of the cars we couldn't actually see because they were obscured by smoke, but it was all jolly good stuff.

Once the drifters had buggered off, they got out the real entertainment. Three men, three bikes, and an aversion to using both the wheels on their beasties. They did some stuff, and some things and it was all rather spiffing. The crowd were "oohing and aahing" like a big bunch of oohing and aahing things. Girlies were clutching their breasts in enthralment. The cheers and whistles, along with the big grins on everyones faces at the site of antics and wotnot being performed on motorsikkles fair made my day.

Unfortunately at the end of it my pager vibratorating upon my personage caused a bit of ice cream droppage as I raced back to my big taxi cab. Amazing how many people rushed to clean it up tho. Bless their little tidy kiwi cotton socks!

The bastard!!! But probably not unless he was doing some awesome two-up highchair wheelies and stoppies, racing along with both feet on the ground on one side of the bike, lots of wheelies with various configurations of arse, arm and leg positions, and stoppies where you spin around to face the direction you just came from.

The guys on the track put on a good show - most impressed.
