    Biketranz

    Alrighties,

I know that they have received a little bit of bashing here but I've just had Biketranz transport my new (to me) ZX-10 from Tauranga to Wellywood.
I have to say that I found them very professional, friendly and offer a good price.
I would definitely use them again and also recommend them to other people.
I hope this goes at least a little way to undoing their (IMHO undeserved) questionable rep here.

Sorry to say that I can't agree with you.
When we used them they turned up a week late. When I wanted an explanation and an god forbid even maybe an apology for all the inconvience the wife had an absolute ansty fit and started bollocking on about how husband couldn't go over his hours and wasn't giving up his days off with kids etc.
My point was this...no problem with time off and stuff but if he knew he wouldn't be driving on that day...why the hell did he promise to get the bike to us on that Day.

I can understand mistakes so that wasn't the off putting part...it was the bloody mouthy wife who had absolutely no customer service at all. She was a vicious thing that needs to learn some CS skills!

The seller of the bike was messed around, we were messed around.

Saying that...when the bike did turn up it was delivered in good condition, he was polite and seemed quite genuine. They have a great idea to help the bikers in this country.

If we ever had to use them again (over a barrel for value on this one) I would not make appointments on which I need to use the bike for at least a week after they state the delivery day and know not to expect any kind of service from the wife!
