Texmo has graduated
On Friday the 28th at about 5pm I brought a CBR250RR, its got 23,000km on the clock and is a fresh import and was vined half an hour before I picked it up, It has 2 cracks in the fairings one is about 5cm long and isn't noticeable, and the other is about 1cm long, It has perralli diablos on the front and dragons on the back, I had it dynoed at Red Barron and it has 36.6psi at the read wheel with a top speed a little over 180km/hr. Its red blue and white with the prominent colour being red ( opposite colour scheme to Cibby Chicks bike ).
Well now that I have told you about the bike and etc...
I cant get over the handling even on the new tyres has more grip and better handling than my scooter by a long shot, The frame is so solid it doesn't warp when coming out of corners and the brakes.... the back brake it better than the front and back combined on the scoot, Power wise It ain't nothing amazing although when It got over the 180mark was a bit of excitement. I am still glad I did my time on scooters taught me the fundamentals of riding, I also have no self restraint and can almost guarantee I would be 6 feet under if I had something with as much poke as this, I have been riding scooters for 15months and now motorbikes for 2days, Bit of a pointless drivel starting to happen and I'm tired from all the riding so I wont be going on any more, other than that Postie rode it today and was impressed from what I gather and Buggjuice took some pics hopefully he will post them for all to see..
