CAUTION HUTT ROAD SH2 - NAURANGA - BP

Manhole cover missing on Hutt Road (SH2) between Nauranga and the BP. Left hand lane heading North. There is a BIG hole in the road.

The cover was about 300 meters down the road. I stoped and moved it with the help of a boy racer. Which brings me to the next point. How do you get rust stians off your leathers.

I'll ring the council, but please be aware.

farking hell. that would throw someone off nicely.

I would use some crappy oxy-action type product to get rust out but GL.

Send the cleaning bill to Transit NZ. Tell them you won't charge for the labour in making the road safer.

Apparently theres now a road crew there, blocked off a lane, and now are standing around doing nothing...guess theres proceedures they have to go through.
See what youve done now BM10!!!

They've put two new manhole covers in and a new concrete rim around both holes.

That wasn't me either! I'm awake at that time, but I'm normally filling the feeding trough and emptying the anti-incontinence devices, and sorting out the Clifford vs Bob the Builder battles.
