    question for you old farts.

    can anyone remember the bike races they used to have around the kaharoa rd loop?
    it is in whenuakura near patea, halfway between newplymouth and wanganui.

    when i lived there the oldtimers would talk about it.
    they said a guy got killed there once .
    i dont know when they raced there.
    can anyone remember it?

    I know they used to hold races at Bell Block,but dunno about further south.

    Yep I used to live right by the track. Before that they raced at Tikorangi.
