Do you ever get that BAD feeling??

You know the one--something Just isn't right.
The bikes fantastic. Corners are flowing normally . You are in your groove
Yet still something just doesn't feel right.
You just can't put your finger on it.
I had that happen last night. taking my own advise I slowed down to sub legal speeds Yet the feeling just wouldn't go away.

Bloody good job I did. Going up a (for me) semi blind uphill right hand corner I sucked the bike hard left ready to dive up N over the apex. A cage going downhill the oposite direction toally fucked up the corner and ended up on my side of the road.
    Scarey shit

Yep. Often associated with the subtle smell of well hidden bacon. I think it is TheForce at work.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

good to know you listen to your sixth sense and thank goodness you weren't in a cage........

Years back, we were heading to the snow, 3 cars, 2 caravans. In the middle of nowhere, my cousin stopped his car, so of course we all stopped. Mark wanted to find out when we were going to find somewhere to eat. As he was getting stick from the olds, a car came round the corner ahead & ploughed straight. The timing was that one of the convoy would've been taken out.
I think we found a takeaway a couple of hours later
Can't remember if the driver was okay or not (guess so, as I'd suggest I'd remember otherwise).
Wierd having things like that happen, but I guess when your time's not up, it's just not up.

Yes I get it all the time, and 9 out of 10 times it pay's to take heed.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

and I also didn't listen to my sixth sense, had a dark feeling all day long on the ride that i binned it bad and broke my leg. strange thing was, my brother had the same feeling and we both thought we were being silly and didn't want to say anything, if one of us had said something, i might not be limping when i walk now. Always listen to that gut feeling, its something you can't describe but you know it when you get it.

A biker's instinct. I'm with you on this one Frosty. You don't know why, but the voices tell you that something isn't right. Always listen to the voices Biff. I do Biff I do.

yeh, last time i got that feeling is when the car hit me...felt it going around the corner at the lights and felt it over taking the cars turning left...felt it big time when i saw her front bumper.

still dont think ive learned to listen yet though!
