    I saw....

Something fantastic in the latest edition of AMCN. Alan Cathcart said, and I quote, "former styling director Pierre Terrblanche", in reference to Ducati. YES!!!!!! The blind South African is gone!! No more ugly Ducatis styled to look like garage doors or car accidents! YES!!!
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

True about the gas. Yesterday I picked a guy up on the motorway... He ran out of gas, on an older 900 Ducati. Said he'd only just bought the Duc.

ha! Just like in the old days, when a bike shat itself in F1 due to a crappy design it would be described as having an electical fault etc etc.

It probably dropped a crank or something and he just assumed it ran out of gas!

(oh I am being naughty this am)

Ducati electricals are....very Italian, specially the older ones. Two I've owned both had the same annoying features: the idiot lights can only be seen in pitch darkness with the aid of strong reading glasses (so you are just guessing if you're in neutral or you headlight is on, you never know for sure) and the low petrol idiot light comes on, intermittently, when the tank has still got plenty left (as in more than half-full) and there's no reserve, so you just have to kind of guess...

Just some of the endearing little quirks that give them character...

Electrical fault = threw an rod and took out the alternator.
    Speed doesn't kill people.

Don't know what they were thinking. They don't look good in real life either

Same thing with the BMW R1200
