And he should feel bad. How would you feel if you were in the car that was narrowly missed by a bike sliding down the road at 100mph. I'm all for riding like a complete fool at times but its learning to choose those times that is really important.

Mate, just make sure that when you get back on the road that you are there long enough for me to be able to meet you huh? I find your enthusiasm (sp) refreshing here on KB.

Its a pity that the first lesson some have to learn is done at 160km/h and not at 2km/h like my first one in the driveway .

The right corrugations at 160k and your bike'd definately throw a wobbly I'd say, especially if you're in a corner. Good you're okay but yeah, there's a reason they have speed limits, silly bugger.

Simple logic dictates that any bike named after an incredibly dodgy pop group will be equally dodgy.

Great to hear you are relatively OK.

So glad to hear that you walked away from it (so to speak).. Just wasnt your turn.. Chin up, and learn from it
It's been a rough day. I got up this morning, put on a shirt and a button fell off.
As I ran out the door, I picked up my briefcase, and the handle came off.
Now I'm afraid to go to the bathroom.

    ACC/registration is so high,

when you goto hospital they dont ask weather you are on a rode bike or a trail bike nothing against trail riding but arent we carrying the xtra fees for them too? have a day off hey have a couple of weeks chuck it on the acc bill. i dont think acc/registration fees are just because of road crashes we just might as well get some of the portion that unlike others are paying in
