    like roads

the road surface should always be up to a standard that a bike can ride without thinking 'fuck this is really hard to ride'

ARGH!!! i frecken hate this it makes me so annoyed

sorry to bore you with this rant but hey

The signs are not being removed when work stops for the night on major roadworks and so is therefore illegal in itself!!!
Just what I have been told! (goes away to get out flack vest and tin hat...)
yeah, that's the reason, but the signs have to be obeyed if they are on display. The fuzz also can issue a ticket for exceeding the posted speed. So just slowing off the motorway could loose your licence. Might just get off at Northcoat instead

Im more in favour of being allowed to wear unconcealed handguns, like Texas.
Then let some of these dicks try it on - be like the OK corral all over again - then we'll have a "road toll" worthy of discussion!!!

And soon (if the rumours are true) they will have powers of confiscation if exceeding the posted limit by 30kph.
So if you get caught on a passing lane 4km away from a "Danger Spot" doing 120, caus you’re passing, you can be walking for 28 days!
I wonder what deal we would get for 20-30 radar detectors?

"blah, blah, blah...and if successful will spread to 40 other danger spots throughout the country...blah, blah, blah"

Prepare for the fudging and one-eyed viewing of statistics with @#$^ all technical expertise employed...the pricks will roll this shit out all over the show..and more runners will eventuate...big deal...wankers.

Then there's Transit's new road maintenance approach of not actually repairing sub-standard tarmac, they just put up 50 or 70 km/h temp signs.
No road works, no loose metal, just fucked road and 'shooting fish in a barrel' temp zones.
    Speed doesn't kill people.
    Stupidity kills people.
