Have not read all the posts on this so maybe someboody else has suggeted this. Go and see your solicitor and see what he has to say about your accident.
This is more than an insurance job. This driver should have the book thrown at him and more. Most bus drivers I know are good drivers but there are some who just should not be going to work. Get this fucker off the road before he kills someone.

And I thought the dodgiest driving I'd ever seen from Stagecoach was a driver nudging an illegally parked car out of his way with the front of his bus :-)

thats nasty dude, good to hear your alright, those bus drivers are absolute arse holes they're worse than the indian/middle eastern taxi drivers. and for the record they carry a big 3x carbon copy book in there bus for reporting accidents... those books arent empty.
