Bike or Car: Your Daily Ride?

This is just question to see how many of you guys actually use your bikes everyday as a mode of transport, or do you have a car to use during the week and set the bike aside as more of a weekend toy?
As for myself, I own both a bike and a car and I find the experience from both sides good-because whenever I drive the car I am reminded exactly how craptastic they really are, which basically makes me appreciate any riding I do a lot more.

I commute to and from work on the bike 5 days a week. Usually get out for a ride on the weekend as well, somewhere out the CBD at any rate.

Car isn't as fun as the bike, but a lot more comfortable and the stereo is louder than my MiniDisc player!

When I need to go somewhere, I'm in the hilux. When I want to go somewhere I'm on my bike. Considering where I work, I am never taking my bike there.

Only vehicle I own so yea bike gets usedfor everything. Even went to get diapers for my niece on it once. Car is only used by me when I cant do something on the bike. Like tow a trailer load of crap, anything short of that and I use the bike.

Haven't even bothered to get the cage license yet... so ummm.... I guess I use the bike for everything and anything.

Commuting for uni and work, and rides during the week, the weekend... umm, did I say everything??

Same here, have never driven a cage and I have no intention of getting my cage licence at the moment so I rely on the bike for everything. :spudbn:

I commuted by motorcycle for 25 years, for the last 10 years it's been 4 wheels....I'm happy with that,I'm not really interested in riding a bike in Auckland traffic.

Bike every day. Parking is more secure and I'm not forking out 8+ dollars every day.

Car, I work in the city and have a car park. I sometimes need my car for work, but they'll probably take the park away from me if i don't use it enough. Hows that for an Auckland response.....
