    That was done out of love - they wanted him to go and get a life and they didn't want his police work interfering with such an important (and in the case of an Elvis impersonator, URGENT) task, they'd've done the same if he'd been moonlighting as a mime...

    I always thought that fine young man on the 'Heartbeat' program was an excellent example of what a motorbike cop should be like. I recommend that you take him as your exemplar, Mr Scumdog . You might want to see if you can trade that noisey motorcycle of yours in on one like he had, also
