The cop in question has be in court to present the evidence, meaning they are off the roads in that time unable to issue tickets to the rest of the population. Reckon this is a good plan anyone?
Even at 12.10 that is actually a good idea.........if all KB members did this it would be a way or protesting and it would make a difference and get noticed.

I'm surprised this hasn't happened to speed camera poles yet.

I'm sure when I was over in the Gold Coast a couple of years back you where allowed to do 110 on the motorway. I'm sure I remember they had 110 signs as well. I wonder what their road stats are like for road deaths etc.

To be honest I think the extra 10k's really is no big thing...but how many cars, bikes etc fly pass you doing a hell of alot more than 110. Where do you draw the line of whats acceptable.

In some ways I actually think the reason we have a high road toll is probably the amount of traffic we have using our crappy built roads and people's crappy driving skills.(Maybe more so in Auckland)

    Yes, 110 on the freeways.
60kmh is the standard speed around houses and built up areas.
Says more about the driving skills of the Ocker than the kiwi, eh???

The stand alone ones down here are surrounded in razorwire to stop that.
