I'm getting my share of the pie due to the generocity of a very kind KB member. I am not sure if I am supposed to say anything but it looks like things are looking up for me as well... Finally! After nearly having to give it all up due to lack of funds... In the begining I wasn't fond of this idea as well but now I see the positive side of it.

I have to say that I am very impressed with what Speedmedic has done. He could've just said "please give us money" and would've still got a good response but instead he went one better and created an attractive event utilizing available resources, maximising profit while minimizing expenditure which actually gives the punters good returns for their investment! I paid $250 for similar race training day with Fred Merkel so I'm getting a bargain for my $150! The fact that the money is going to a good cause is even better!

So pull a finger and come up with a plan instead of raining on other peoples parade. Successful sponsorship is all about being able to offer something in return.
