SpankMe gave me a sex change. I think he prefers me this way. His girlfriend was starting to get suspicious about our 'private time'.Originally Posted by cowpoos

Probably could have 183 at the crank...the power race is on as always.
The ZX14 is advertised as 195 PS in the Japanese mags Ive seen. - at the crank!
“- He felt that his whole life was some kind of dream and he sometimes wondered whose it was and whether they were enjoying it.”
compared to the TL, the busa FEELS like it's making 180 at the wheel.
mmmm, but for a mere $4000, and 6 hours work, i could be getting 250hp at the back wheel (or what would be left of it...).
and it still wouldn't be a kawazaki![]()
The thing I found far more interesting was on that second link seeing pics of the bikes being assembled in the factory.
"...you meet the weirdest people riding a Guzzi !!..."
Corrected or uncorrected hp?
Big difference on paper, stuff all in reality.
Speed doesn't kill people.
Stupidity kills people.
Isn't it TORQUE that really matters anyway, you can have all the power in the world but with out a healthy level of torque, your not going anywhere.
lol knew you'd have to come up with something like thatOriginally Posted by Fish
they based it off the hp ratings for the ZX12R being 178 hp http://motorbikes.be/en/Kawasaki/2005/ZX-12R/ but that is off the crank I think. Will be interesting to see how close that estimate is though
http://motorbikes.be/en/Kawasaki/2005/ZX-10R/ is the ZX-10R from this year.. I'll try and track down a 2006 test...
here is some more info but no luck with the test..
