    PC Plod mufti vehicle

    KBers,

Saw a strange mufti plod mobile which I hadn't seen before (on the Southern Motorway):
A white Holden Rodeo ute with full canopy. Luckily some other chap (cage dweller) had volunteered to expose this lurking danger to motorists.

    So add that one to:
    Late model Falcons
    Commodores
    Camrys
    Diamantes

Keep up the good fight y'all

Add to that list Holden Vectras

There's an auto electrician across the road from where I work and they do the work on the cop cars. So I often see they new cars getting fitted with lights, siren, etc.

That is abosolutely true, the ol' Vectras. Saw one the other night with the discrete parcel tray blue and reds going. Where is the humanity? - can't a cat enjoy him/herself on the roads these days?

    Plus add:

1 x dark green Mitsubishi L300 van with tinted windows

...often parked on either side of Hobsonville Road, Auckland.

I'd say that you would probably be pleasantly surprised with the ride of a cops bike. Hondas I think?

I know that they have loads of torquey power in them ST1100 (is it?) but I am not skilled enough to want to ride that thing fast around corners. Gimmie a flash new R1 with cool blue and red lights hidden above the dash and underneath the undertray at the back any day. You could chase around other bikes who do runners and fun all day long LEGALLY! .

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

So I am not the only one, Fu*k they are getting sneakier and sneakier. I saw it in Quay street pulling someone over. (I wasn't sure about the make or the model so I didn't mention it before).

They have covert surveillance cars that you wouldn't dream of. What about a rough EF Falcon with scruffy old mags, semi-detached spoilers and what looked like 3 weeks take aways inside.
